"Decent at first, but the slow follow-up was frustrating"
They were helpful when I asked my first few questions, so I thought it was going to be a smooth experience. But after that, the follow-up took longer than I expected, and that part really stood out in a not-so-great way. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the communication could’ve been clearer and faster.

"Easy to reorder my supplies"
Well... I’ve been using robertsmed.com to reorder my supplies, and it’s been simple so far. It doesn’t take long to place an order, and I can usually find what I need without having to call anyone. My last refill showed up when it was supposed to, and everything was packed nicely. No complaints really, it just works the way it should

"Seems solid so far"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the equipment has been reliable and the quality feels good. I guess I can’t really complain—it works fine and does what I need it to do
"Polite tech, but I had to wait it out"
The technician from robertsmed.com was polite and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He explained the basic things clearly and was respectful while he was in my home, so I’ll give him credit for that.
My main issue is that he showed up later than expected, and I felt like I was just forced to be patient with no real choice. Then once he got there, the visit felt a little rushed. Overall it was okay, just not something I’d call great

"Showed up on time and got it done"
Delivery showed up when they said it would, which is really all you expect, right? Setup was quick and straightforward, and the guy was friendly. Everything went smoothly on my end, no complaints.

"Customer service was slow to respond"
I reached out to support and it took way longer than I expected to hear back. My sister had asked me how it was going, and I had to tell her I was still just waiting for a reply. The issue did get attention eventually, but the slow response was frustrating.

"The billing was spot on"
I was a little nervous about the whole insurance side of things, because that can turn into a whole saga. But robertsmed.com actually got it right. My bill matched what my insurance showed, and there weren’t any random surprise charges popping up later. It was kind of a miracle not having to call back and argue with anyone.
